C-3 Investigation Commands

/start_investigation Permission Scope: investigation_start This allows you to send someone UI by doing /start_investigation User: (@user or put id) Reason: (put the reason and make sure that it is atleast a stage 2 policy violation or it is not a investigation worthy issue)

/end_investigation Permission Scope: investigation_end Ends an investigation, optionally taking disciplinary action (suspend, strike, gban, staff ban, terminate) and restoring roles.
